This fire in Bal Harbour, FL was the result of an electrical issue. Notice the extent of the damage where the fire originated seems concentrated, yet, the fire led to a water damage. Once the fire started, it seemed to have affected a pipe line which then caused water to start running from the 3rd floor to the mezzanine, lobby, and spa areas of this building. Once the drying equipment was set, the focus moved towards removing the affected drywall and cleaning up the debris.
