Rebuild in Miami Shores, FL

A client contacted SERVPRO of North Miami with a hygienist report showing they had mold in the hallway ceiling. The mold was caused by an AC duct that was accumulating condensation over time. SERVPRO sent a manager to perform a thorough inspection of the job site to create a scope of work. SERVPRO sent its crew to begin tearing out the affected drywall of the hallway and begin the rebuild that same week. Our customer was exceedingly happy with the results and with how quickly the job was completed. At that point, they understood how SERVPRO leaves "Like it never even happened."
