1000 Water

While a contractor was remodeling a unit on the 28th floor he accidently damaged a water sprinkler causing water damage. The damage spread from the 28th to the 12th floor affecting hallways and some units in the building. Once we got the call we rushed to the building checked out the damage and began to work. We began by cutting the drywall from the affected areas to ventilate the wall cavity once we completed the drying process the building asked us to complete the repairs. Once we completed the repairs we continued by doing a deep cleaning on the hallway carpets.
