Burst Supply Line in Hallandale Beach, FL

There was a plumbing contractor working on a unit's supply line and led to the pipe bursting. The burst pipe affected four hallway floors, four units, a card room and the lobby. SERVPRO® of North Miami was called in the middle of the night to immediately address the damages. Once on site, SERVPRO's crews began extracting the water in the units affected as well as the hallways, starting from the top floors and working our way down to avoid further damages to the structure. Afterwards, the SERVPRO® crews dispersed to set up equipment to initiate the drying process. The next day SERVPRO® worked on detaching baseboards and cutting drywall to facilitate the drying process. As well as, lifting wallpaper in the affected halls to allow the walls to "breathe" better. Repairs were also done by SERVPRO® of North Miami, including the replacement of all affected ceiling tiles in the lobby and card room.
