Burst Roof Pipe in Miami Beach, FL

This financial facility located in Miami Beach had both floors affected; caused by a burst pipe in the roof. SERVPRO of North Miami immediately cleaned the ceiling debris and extracted water from all of the affected areas. Ceiling tiles were removed and bagged for disposal, as well as counted for replacement. SERVPRO's technicians then continued to check the walls of all affected areas to calculate the equipment that would be necessary for the quickest drying results. SERVPRO was on site every morning to turn off the equipment and returned every afternoon to reset them, per the customer's request to maintain the facility running.
