North Miami Beach home had water damage due to a clogged line of  above unit's shower and toilet. The team dried the area by running drying equipment.

The guest bedroom has water damage to the flooring. Vanity area and master bedroom closets; water damage flooring. The area was dried through drying equipment and floor was reconstructed. 

The team found a clogged water line from condominium unit 4402's shower and toilet. The team removed both baseboards going into master bathroom and making flood cuts due to it being sewage and removed insulation as well and repaired the area to remove the clog. 

The team ran a test and the report said it was coming from the wall. The team removed baseboards, vanities, drill holes in the master bathroom, guest bedroom, guest bathroom. Drop 2 dehumidifiers in these rooms. 

The owner noticed water randomly coming underneath the tile, wood on the bedroom, it started coming from underneath. Doesn't know where it was coming from. After checking, it was coming from the wall. 

Second-floor guest bathroom ceiling around return fan have surface mold disinfected and painted affected area. Did a walk-through through attic plywood and two by fours does not have any signs of water intrusion. Drywall was dry. Inside attic return vent needs to be properly installed there is air coming out from the exhaust hose In attic. Also recommend a water test to be done on the roof. 

Water damage due to broken Laundry faucet affected , laundry room, office area, and Bathroom. The team found moisture on walls of these rooms and the team dried out the area through dying equipment. 

The team found moisture on several rooms of the house. The Baseboards in master bedroom guest bedroom kitchen dining room Caring about 10% of the ceiling in kitchen. The team dried out the entire home after replacing drywalls and treated the molds that developed.

The team inspected and saw water damage from the female and male toilets. The team had to do the Female Bathroom first as 2 stalls needed to be cleaned. Male bathroom has 1 stall and 1 urinal, cleaning and sanitizing. These were done after fixing the water pipe burst. 

The team inspected the house and upon arrival, the inspection in the kitchen and dining area baseboards were already separating near the refrigerator.
Removed a little of baseboard and there are visible secondary damage.
Reading were at 99% wet up to 2 ft.

The team went in and removed rest of the ceiling from guest bathroom, all wall drywall including tiles that were on the wall were removed due to secondary damage that they took photos of. Vanity was also removed. Furring strips were removed as well due to secondary damage, called somebody to remove A/C and A/c duct because drywall was hit with category 3 water. 

Miami beach home caught fire across the Kitchen and dining room. The team had to remove baseboards throughout. The team had the Guest bedroom furnitures  moved around as well to fix the affected area. The fire also caught the water line and the team had to fix it as well and dry the place. 

Guest bathroom has an active leak , the team checked the water reading and still shows 99%. The team dried the area with air scrubbers and mover and dehumidifiers. 

Miami home had a pipe leak and affected other unit next to the affected unit. The team  extracted the water and opened the walls and set equipment as deemed necessary. 

Garage was damaged due to water intrusion. The house needed renovation including the garage. Water mitigation was done and the area was dried with fans and humidifiers.

Hallandale home required water damage remediation due to  bathroom toilet pipe burst and developed molds across the room. The team used industrial-grade dehumidifiers help prevent secondary water damage like swelling and warping of floors, walls, and furniture.

The team worked on drying the place by putting in equipment like air scrubber and dehumidifiers.

The team also reconstructed the ceiling and removed and replaced all damaged materials including duct system replacement, A/C unit replacement, Replacing the registers, replacing the plenum, replacing the thermostat.

Girl's room had molds found due to water leak. Dried the place using air movers and dehumidifiers to speed up drying the place. 

The team went to Arlen House to do light demolition and monitoring. The team made ventilation access holes to help the drying process.

The team dried the apartment by placing drying equipment like fans and dehumidifiers on the wet areas. Equipment were placed on affected apartments next to the main problem unit.

A malfunction caused a washing machine to overflow and affect the building hallways, as well as, units from the 8th floor down to the 1st. SERVPRO of North Miami focused their immediate attention on first removing all the water to prevent further damage.  

A vacant unit on the 5th floor was left with the main water line on, therefore when the pipe burst, a large pressure of water spread through the unit. By the time the water was shut off, the damages had reached the lobby area.

Water damage was caused by a crack on one of the bathroom toilets. Water affected half of second floor. Building owner called SERVPRO of North Miami to provide emergency dry out services. After inspection carpet was deemed unsalvageable and needs to be replaced. SERVPRO of North Miami provides more than just water damage services.
